GM flagra aglomeração e caça níquel em bar na Capela

A Guarda Municipal de Vinhedo deteve o proprietário e um funcionário de um bar na região da Capela por promover aglomeração no interior do estabelecimento.

Cerca de 35 pessoas estavam dentro do local, bebendo e jogando bilhar. Em um cômodo dos fundos foram flagradas seis máquinas caça-níquel ligadas. Os suspeitos foram levados à delegacia, acusados de infração de medida sanitária preventiva, e liberados.

Em patrulhamento, os GMs perceberam uma movimentação e barulho no estabelecimento, que se encontrava fechado e com algumas pessoas na frente. Os agentes então entraram por uma porta lateral e encontraram as pessoas no interior, consumindo bebidas e jogando bilhar, infringindo o Decreto municipal n°104 de 29 de abril de 2021.

A Guarda apreendeu e apresentou à Polícia Civil R$ 270,00, seis leitores de nota e cinco memórias das máquinas. Após a elaboração boletim de ocorrência o proprietário e seu funcionário foram liberados.
